1.Since all of the computer displayer are different,the color may be a little differ as the items shows in the pictures,you cannot refund the items for different color reason.
2.We would send your orders' picture before they send to you,to ensure everything we package for you is safely and well preparation.Once you comfirm your order infor. and order picture,we do not refund for reason you don't like it any more or all kinds of fault are not made by us.
3.We only sell accessories and props of bjds,not dolls.
4.Pls ensure your order is not damaged before you sign.and if they are damaged during the shipping delivery,pls take photos for the damaged items and send us immediately,so that we can try our best to help solve the delivery problems.Once we found the damage is made by delivery company,we would contact with them for your compensation quickly.
Cancellation and return policy
1.Things can be returned when you received them and found they are damaged before signed.Otherwise,we can't dealed with return.
2. Items are out of stock or buyer have to cancel the order in some special case,after both parties discussed,funds can be returned.
