All things are made by hand for order and they are not refundable.
Custom orders are not returnable.
Postage and payment policy
In-stock items ship within 3 days of payment(not including Sunday). Please check shop announcement for current turn around time for made to order items. I use priority mail for all packages. Items usually arrive in 7-12days (once shipped) in many countries . I will give you an estimated time for any custom orders...if time is a concern, please convo me before ordering. I will do my best to accommodate you. , You can also choose UPS Express Saver -Items usually arrive in 3-4 days . You may choose to purchase shipping insurance, for I am not responsible for lost items once I send them. Please give a secure address for me to ship to.
