5 out of 5 stars4 of the wood blocks were marked as being unacceptable I'm guessing with red marker dots, etc. and 2 of the blocks fell out so were not glued in. I didn't want to mess with shipping so I handpainted the blocks affected. I had purchased a large art piece from this artist a few years ago and it was perfect, so I was surprised and disappointed when I received this one.

Dear Joan, I understand your disappointment, but the pieces marked with dots are meant to be rotated; they are designed to cover the installation screws and come with double-sided adhesive tape. You rotate them and stick them on, hiding the screw that way. I assume you haven't seen the instructions that come with the piece; we've tried contacting you, but we haven't received a response. We're sorry to hear about the confusion and any inconvenience you've experienced with the installation of our product. Your feedback is valuable to us. Best wishes!

5 out of 5 starsMy purchase arrived yesterday, which was a bit delayed from the original shipping estimate but I think that was my bad for not sending my contact number sooner. Check your Etsy inbox to avoid delays like that :). The quality is fantastic! My husband is a woodworker but he says he wouldn’t want to take the time it must have taken them to hand paint each of these blocks, arrange them, etc. I love it! Looks perfect hung on our wall. The install instructions were easy enough my 6 year old was able to read them and help the husband hang it on his own. This pic is taken with indoor lighting. I highly recommend this shop!!

Cases of return of the goods
* The item did not fit to the buyer;
* The buyer didn't pick up items from Post office on time or specified wrong address
Refund conditions
* We will return the full amount minus 10% of the price of the item you paid and minus the shipping cost. The item must be in new condition, with no signs of use.
* In case of return of items with FREE SHIPPING, we will refund the amount of the order minus 30%.
