Natural products may differ from one to another. Colors, sizes and shapes may vary slightly from listed photos.

*PRODUCTS CARE*
Natural products should not get wet or be kept in closed and moisty places.

Cancellation and return policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.
Requests for exchanges or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt and will be handled on a case by case basis. Returned items must be in new, unworn and unused conditions. Refund of the purchase will not include shipping costs.
Due to sanitary concerns, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Postage and payment policy

I accept PayPal (you can use a credit card and do not have to have a PayPal account).
Immediate payment is expected. Please contact me if you have any problems.
If you fail to make your payment and do not contact me within 3 days I will consider the sale cancelled.

All items are carefully packed and shipped within 3 days of receiving payment.

Shipping will be done to the address provided to DaWanda. Please check if the address is correct.

I ship both internationally and within Brazil using Brazilian Post. Item shipped internationally should arrive around 20 business days, as I try to keep shipping costs down using regular post. For this reason parcels are not insured nor registered. Should you wish to use either/both of these methods to ship your goods, please contact me prior to payment, and be aware that this will increase the price of shipping of your purchase.

Please be aware that I am not responsible for any customs fees or other such duties that could be charged on your parcel by your country's officials.
If you have any querries about this, it would be best to contact your customs organisation in your country.
