Not soft, but definitely pliable. Great service, will definitely order again (in fact I already have) :-) Thanks!

Shipping service
▶ Every item ships via registered air mail with priority, delivered upon signature. Registered mail provides a solid proof of shipping. Your items are entitled to registered mails, with the tracking number given to you. Every item will be carefully wrapped before shipping.
▶ IMPORTANT: If a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender. Registered mail is one of the most reliable and safe ways of shipping and always requires signature upon delivery. If you are not at home, the postal carrier must leave a notice that your package is available for pick up from the post office.

You have the opportunity to pay for a gift wrap and to Include personalized message.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are welcome and I really prefer full payment before starting to work on your project and of course in some cases split payment is available. Please, contact me for more information.

How to return an item & Cancellations
▶ Buyer must contact me within 14 days of receipt that they want to return an order. Items must be returned within 30 days since the day of delivery.
▶ You can return an item and I will refund the price of the item minus the shipping costs and minus 3% restocking fee of the price of every item.
▶ All refunds are given upon receipt of the items back in an intact condition.
▶ For a transaction cancelled before the item has shipped a refund is issued immediately. The shop will give you a partial refund. You will not get full refund due to non-recoverable taxes.
Lost items and damaged in transit
▶ A package is not considered lost before at least 30 working days have passed (due to the Bulgarian Post Carrier policy).
▶ Packages with tracking info that shows the item was successfully delivered and signed for are not considered lost and will be further followed up and investigated for mistakes or incorrect info, provided by the carrier.
▶ For items went missing in transit or for any other issue with your order, please send me a message! The shipping carrier and I will do our best to locate your order.
Unclaimed packages & refunds
▶ I'll be happy to resend your package, and expect you to cover the shipping costs.
▶ Packages that were returned to me because address is incorrect, it can't be delivered or the packages were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs and minus 5% of the price of every item. Refund will be given only after item is received back by me.
Shipping - packaging
I do care a lot about every one of the packages that I send. I always use self adhesive plastic baggies to protect your items from moisture, smells, etc. However, due to the long shipping time there is possibility for your items to absorb different unpleasant smells. I suggest you to wash every product before you use it.

▶ ColorificThings is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur upon receiving an item in your country. Customs taxes, if any, are solely a buyer's responsibility.
▶ EU buyers: your countries DO NOT apply customs fees or charges to your order.
▶ I do not share your personal information with any third parties except for the shipping providers. Should you have any questions or concerns about how your personal date is handled/stored, please contact me! I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes.
Buyers from Australia - GST
As a seller located outside of Australia who ships purchases to buyers in Australia I need to inform you that as of July 1st, 2018, Etsy must collect and remit GST on certain orders shipped into Australia. Etsy automatically collect and remit the tax from AU buyers.
