I'm a phD student, so microorganisms take most part of my time, please be patient. I'll need some time for procesing each order for every item will be made when ordered, i'll let you know aproximately the time of shipment when the order is completed.

Cancellation and return policy

No refunds allowed, but I can exchange your item for one with the same value if you ask for it within the first 3 days or recieving the item (the customer will pay all the mail fees), but only if it's not a custom or made to measure item.

NO EXCHANGES ALLOWED FOR CUSTOM MADE OR MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS, sorry!

The item will be exchanged when we recieve it.

Payment must be completed within the first 3 days after purchase. If you need a reservation just convo me.

EVERY ORDER IS SENT TO THE PAYPAL ADDRESS, so please let me know if you want the order to be sent elsewhere or you want the order to be a gift (in this case let me know the upgrades required such a special notes or whatever).

ALL ORDERS ARE SENT WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (this means only the customer can recieve it), I'll send a convo when the shippment is completed with an attached image of the receipt (wich has a tracking number) and the link where you can follow the shipping process. Using this method, loss of orders are improbable but still possible so if the tracking number confirms the order is recieved I can't be responsible for mail failures.

If you don't recieve the item (this means the tracking number confirms the loss of it), please let me know.

International buyers are resposible for any taxes or extra fees when recieving an order, if you are sure of this will happen please send me a message.
