*Safety* - The majority of our sock buddies comply with European Safety Standard EN71 and are CE marked.
A small selection of our Sock Buddies are still undergoing the safety testing process. These buddies are NOT intended as toys for children. They remain however as ONE OF A KIND creations and are ideal collector’s items. They are intended for adult collectors over 14 years of age.
Our buddies are not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts.
Our Polyester fibre fill conforms to British Standards BS5852 regarding fire safety and BS1425 regarding cleanliness of fillings and therefore conforms to the European Standard EN71.
Cancellation and return policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will refund your payment excluding return postage and packing charges. Please return the item for a refund within 7 days.
Please note we are unable to return payment via bank transfers as fees from the UK to European accounts are prohibitive. Please be willing to accept payment via paypal. Thanks!

Postage and payment policy
Please make payment within 7 days or the sale will be cancelled.
All orders dispatched within the UK are sent Royal Mail First Class and are covered by postage compensation up to the total value of your order.
Items dispatched to Europe are sent by Airmail. This service is not tracked and provides compensation up to the value of £41/47 Euros (which will be the maximum refund we can offer you).
For larger orders over £41/47 Euros we are able to dispatch your package International Signed For which provides tracking, requires a signature on delivery and provides increased compensation. If you would like to take out this additional coverage please contact us for the extra cost.
