All orders are posted from the UK (or Sweden for Scandinavian orders) for a flat rate of 5 Euro's.

Return/Exchange Policy

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your account for any items you are not completely happy with. Please email us at info@ekawear.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. The item MUST be returned to eka within 30 days of the shipping date in unused and perfect condition. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Ship prepaid and insured via a trackable method with the package securely wrapped. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and the full responsiblity of the customer. When your returned merchandise is received, we will credit your original payment method.
When an exchange is requested we will credit your account for any amount that might be owed or invoice for any outstanding after the credit is deducted depending on the item you have chosen.
Eka is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
