Cancellation and return policy

Exchanges are possible if you are unhappy with your item. Please email me within 2 days of receiving the product.

If items are damaged in transit, a refund or exchange will be offered. If possible, I will attempt to remake the item. However, as my beads are handmade, the replacement beads will not be identical.

If an exchange is requested, postage is at the expense of the buyer. If the item is damaged, I will pay for the return postage. Damage in transit is a risk that is shared between the seller and buyer.


Postage and payment policy

I ship worldwide and orders are sent from Australia.

Orders will be posted within 2 days.

Postage to North America and Europe usually takes 7-10 working days. Please be aware that this is an estimate and it can take longer if items are delayed in customs etc.

I currently accept payments by Paypal and direct deposit. Paypal doesn't require an account to send payment - simply use your credit card.

Payment must be received within 2 days of purchase, unless previously arranged.

If payment is sent via a Paypal eCheque, the item will be posted once the cheque has cleared.

Australian customers - please contact me if you would like to pay via direct deposit. I use xe.com's exchange rate and will let you know the total amount due in AU$.
