EMAIL ME – info@enhance-me.com your photo, high resoloution (at smallest 500kbs) and theme preferences.

PAYMENT – Upon agreement of theme and photo, I will request payment.

CREATION – Following payment I will work on creating your enhancement, I will then email you proofs to approve. I am happy to do revisions if you want changes to be made.

RECEIVE – Upon approval you will be emailed three high resoloution files of your completed enhancement, one colour version, one in B&W and one in Sepia. This means you can get it printed as often as you like or onto anything you like.

Terms & Conditions

Photographic Images sent by the Customer

All photographic images, received by me for alteration, retouching or manipulation, are accepted on the strict understanding that you, the customer, own the full copyright of these images or have written permission from the copyright owner.

You, the customer, shall be held liable for any action taken by a third party with respect to violation of copyright.

Material from this Web Site may not be copied in any way, in whole or in part, except for your own personal non-commercial use. Any other use requires the prior written permission of Mrs Victoria Dixon.

Liabilities

I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any original photographic material or digital image media you choose to send to me via the postal services.

You are responsible for choosing what postal services you use though I would advise you to pack your original material as securely as possible, and send it by ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ or ‘Recorded Post’ which has to be signed for. Please consider insuring personally valuable items. If you are worried about loss of personal photos in the post then you could scan and copy your photos on to CD at the highest setting possible (300dpi minimum) and send the CD to me.

Delays and Completion Dates

I will do my very best to ensure a prompt service. However interruptions may occur for reasons beyond my control. I shall inform customers as quickly as possible should any delay occur.

Cancellation and return policy

If you are not happy with my initial design when you view the first proof I am willing to accept a cancellation. However, I am happy to revise your order and discuss with what you want changed and send you a revised proof. Due to the time I have used to produce another revision I cannot accept cancellations after a revised proof is sent. Once payment is received you can contact me within 7 days if you are unhappy with the final image, after 7 days no refunds can be issued.

If you are not completely satisfied with the work I have done, I will make every effort to modify or replace the work to meet your request.

Postage and payment policy
