**PAYMENTS**
I accept only Paypal for all orders (you can pay with your magical plastic card thru paypal).

I normally deliver your orders within 3 working days upon payment receipt. Please contact me if you need clarifications.

●PACKAGING●
My packaging includes a jewelry pouch. The items are then bubble wrapped and put into a padded envelope. I take every precaution to ensure that your items are well-protected to undergo the delivery handling so that it can arrive safely.

Cancellation and return policy

●RETURNS●
If for any reason you would like to return, please inform me within 7 days after you received the goods.
The return items must be in its original packaging and unused. I will refund you the purchase price (exclude shipping).

You are responsible for the charges of delivering the items back to me. I highly recommend you to use delivery option that comes with delivery confirmation because I couldn't refund you the money if I didn't receive the items.

If I make a mistake with your order, please let me know immediately so that I can handle it appropriately.

●WARRANTY●
All Estherly jewelry lines come with a 1 year warranty. I undertake repairs for all my pieces at no extra cost within the warranty period. If the piece is broken due to normal wear after purchase, I am more than happy to fix it or replace it for you. You only need to pay for the delivery charges from your side to me while I handle the return part. If after examination, it can’t be replaced or fixed within the warranty period, feel free to choose an item of equal value from the store and I'll ship it at no cost.

Normal wear: meaning, you are not wearing it while you are diving, swimming, rock climbing, mountain hiking etc...

Please remember jewelry are fragile and they need care and love as well to beautify you for years to come. I trust that my customers will not abuse this warranty and I will definitely honour your honesty with my warranty service.

Postage and payment policy

●POSTAGE●
Delivery is FREE unless stated otherwise.

Local delivery within the Netherlands is EUR 2 and EUR1,00 for each additional items. Its delivery time frame is about 2-3 working days.

International delivery within Europe is EUR 2,50 and a discounted rate of EUR1,00 for each additional items. Its delivery time frame is about 2-5 working days.

Delivery outside of Europe is EUR 5 and EUR 1,00 for each additional items. Its delivery time frame is about 5-21 working days.

If you have challenges with your order, please inform me so that I can do my best to help you from my side, though I have no control over the delivery process. I apologize in advance if the item is lost or undelivered.

If you require an insured or express service, please inform me before making your purchase. I’ll calculate the delivery charges for you and confirm the price beforehand.
