We will do everything we can to make sure your shopping experience is special so please contact us with any questions you may have.
Unless expressly stated items are not suitable for babies or small children - though we do hope they will raise a smile and appeal to the inner 'child' of all grown ups!
Cancellation and return policy
Cancellations and Returns:
Please remember all items are handmade and individual and we try to give as good a description with clear photos for each product. Sometimes it can be difficult to show the exact colours of an item through photos and this can be affected by individual computer screen calibration. If you are not completely happy with your new purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and we will do everything we can to resolve this. If desired we will offer a full refund once we have safely received the item(s) back in original unused condition (if the item is faulty we will also refund your return postage costs).
Postage and payment policy
Payment: through Paypal at time of sale please.
In the interests of recycling and keeping the costs to you as low as possible, we may re-use packaging, should it be available. If you'd prefer unused packaging, please let us know at time of purchase by sending a message.
Products are carefully wrapped and sent by Royal Mail and we obtain a Certificate of Posting for all packages. If you would prefer to pay for additional postal insurance please contact us prior to payment so we can adjust the price with the additional cost.
Any customs fees or taxes which may be due locally will need to be paid by you.
