All designs are unique.
I use only the best materials - gemstones, original Swarovski crystals, czech and venetian glass. All the items are impregnated so they not get dirty. All the items are delivered in a gift box.
All orders are shipped as soon as possible - mostly within 24 hours, with registered priority mail with tracking number.

Payment
Payment must be received within 3 days of receiving your order or I reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the item.
I ship only to your Etsy address, so please make sure your Etsy and PayPal addresses match.
Shipping
Your item will be shipped from Poland (Europe). Priority registered mail should arrive within:
- 7 business days to Europe
- 14 business days to North and South America
- 21 business days to Asia, Australia, Africa.
Right after sending an item I'll send you an e-mail with the message: "it's sent" :)
If you do not receive your package within that time, please contact me so I can make a claim at Post Office.
