Cancellation and return policy

If you are not completely happy with an item please get in touch withn 2 days of receiving it. Purchase price excluding postage charge will be refunded, return postage is responsibility of the purchaser.Knitting patterns delivered by email cannot be refunded, if you change your mind and the pattern has not been sent I will be happy to refund you.
