The creations on sale in shops Grëllou are unique handmade and are its proprité. They can neither be disseminated or copied without the owner's autoriation, whether or creations of their image.
The general conditions of sale are approved by the buyer as soon as it places an order.
For orders: the buyer has various mode règelement based shops. To order, within 7 days of payment is granted. After this period, the order will be canceled and the creations will be given on sale. All information contained on creations in their description (manufacturing technology, materials, dimensions, specific conditions of use and maintenance if necessary). The description is supplemented by one or more photographs which have an indicative value. All creations are made crafts and so therefore, they shall contain irregularities and imperfections.
Average time of shipping: A period of one to two business days after receipt of the settlement is pévu for shipping.
Fashion and shipping: Delivery modes vary depending on the size and weight of the order. Small objects are shipped formatted Max merchandise and larger format Colissimo (La Poste). Every item sold has a way of shipping and specific mentioned. Shipping charges include packaging costs and shipping costs themselves. In the case of multi-control designs, the charges are reviewed and referred to the buyer before settlement. Delivery charges in France and abroad are specified on retail sites.
