Hello everybody!
These few lines to explain how and why I created " Il Filo di Carlotta ".
Since childhood I have been shown to have a lot of dexterity in the creations that offered me to school .
Growing up I have cultivated this ability , trying to perfect it by following courses in painting , patchwork , origami and sewing.
I learned that everything can be done , the important thing is to have patience !
My passion now translates into a shop where I sell items that I create , or I'll leave you the ability to achieve them , providing the patterns or the patterns together with the necessary material ( Kit ).
All my creations are handmade with love, care and attention to detail, using only high quality materials .

Accepted payment methods
Returns & exchanges
Payment
Normally I accept payments via PayPal ( it is not necessary to have a PayPal account ) and credit card . If payment is not made within 24 hours of purchase , I will have to consider the order canceled .
BANK TRANSFER
On special request it is possible to pay by bank transfer : in this case please contact me for all the signs of payment . The goods will be dispatched only on receipt of the transfer receipt sent to me by my bank .
Shipping
I ship orders every day from Monday to Friday after I received the payment. For orders placed on Friday the shipment is scheduled for the following Monday.
I can not be held responsible for delays due to postal problems.
All my items are shipped in padded envelopes to ensure their integrity. If you order more items and want them to be wrapped separately, please let me know in the "note to seller". Also let me know if you want a special gift box or in the package insert a personalized birthday card, it will be sure to add the package.
ITALY
The cost is 10 euro for each part of Italy (including islands), this should also be a telephone number which will serve to the courier to contact you in case of your absence at the time of delivery.

As well as the photographic artwork that can be published only after obtaining my written authorization via email .
