Terms & Conditions

We strive to offer a selection of vintage fashion and home goods that is the most immaculate in style and state. All items are only listed in our shops after having passed our no nun-sense purity test. Although we take great pious care to hand-pick and inspect all items, please bear in mind that these are vintage and therefore have varying degrees of virginity.

Never before used items (for example, from dead stock) are labeled as Virgin Marys, while used/second-hand items are labeled as Mary Magdalenes. And wherever possible, we have done our holy best to provide the most detailed faithful item descriptions (including measurements) and confess imperfections due to a previous owner’s sins.

Please read all our store policies as well as item descriptions very carefully and make sure you are convinced of an item’s virtues and devoted to its purchase before actually buying. If you have any questions regarding an item’s state of grace, please do not hesitate to contact us before purchasing. By clicking on the „Buy“ button you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


Cancellation and return policy

Private buyers may cancel purchases from Immaculate Heart Vintage within 14 days of the original delivery. Orders may be cancelled either in writing or simply by returning the shipment (in which case the return must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date).

All written cancellation notifications must be sent either via email to immaculatedrea@gmail.com or via mail to Andrea Augustin, Wolgaster Strasse 10, 13355 Berlin.

The buyer is responsible for returning the merchandise via trackable and insured mail. For all items less than 40 EUR, the shipping costs are also the responsibility of the buyer.
We will pay the return shipping costs only if the merchandise is defective or the return is a result of an error on our part (for example, if the item was grossly misrepresented).

We will credit the buyer in the same manner as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.


Postage and payment policy

Payments must be made within 7 days after confirmation of your purchase. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be relisted.

Paypal is our preferred method of payment. We also accept bank transfers for German buyers only.

We ship worldwide. Items are shipped within 5 - 7 business days after payment has been received. Please allow up to another 2 - 3 days for delivery within Germany and the EU and at least another 10 - 15 days for worldwide delivery. Items shipped outside the EU may be subject to a local import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees.

Please note that items bought from the Fashion and Home Goods shops are processed and shipped seperately. Combined shipping for multiple items bought from the same shop is, however, available, and we will adjust the shipping price accordingly.
