Custom orders are designed and handcrafted, per your wishes, at no additional fees. The time it takes me to create the item, depends on detail. A time estimate will be given to you during our discussion.

Cancellation and return policy

If you have any problems with any of your purchases, please contact me. I will pay for return shipping to fix any problem.

Money is refunded only if I have grossly misrepresented the item.

Postage and payment policy

I'm happy to hold an item(s) for you, until the time you specify. Lay-away is also available. Contact me and I'll be happy to work out a payment plan that is comfortable and convenient for you.

Payment by Paypal is due before shipping. If you are located in the USA, and would like to pay by money order or cashier's check, please contact me.

All packages will be sent with delivery confirmation, when allowed.
