…Policies…
Your satisfaction is of the utmost concern to me and I really want you to enjoy your jewelry as well as tell your friends about me. That is why I have policies in place, for your protection as well as mine. Please make sure you read and understand the policies that I have in place, as well as the item descriptions for whatever it is you are interested in before buying anything. If there is something that you do not understand, do not hesitate to contact me and ask me your questions. Shop credit less any shipping fees are the only refunds that I currently offer, so it is extremely important that you are happy with your purchase. This credit can be used to purchase any other merchandise in my shop up to and including sales items.

…Payment…
I accept PayPal only. No personal checks, money orders, or cash upon receipt. Nonpayment within a 5 day time frame will cause the item to be re-listed. If you are having issues with making payment through PayPal, please contact me and I will see what I can do to help you. Please ensure that your e-mail address on this site matches your PayPal shipping address. Orders will be delayed if they do not.

…Custom Orders…
You can contact almost anytime of the day between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm MST, I am constantly checking my e-mails. I will respond to you within a timely manner and will do my best to answer any questions you may have. I do custom orders on any piece of jewelry that I sell unless otherwise stated in the item description. I make adjustments to the price of the item, whether it is more or less for you, based on the changes made. If it is just a color change to wire, beads, etc., there are no additional charges. If the design of the piece is to be altered extensively, then there may be an additional charge.

…Feedback…
Feedback is very important for the success of my shop. Once you receive your merchandise, please make sure to leave feedback for me as I will do the same for you. Your feedback is a way to let me know you received your item and the satisfaction of your item.

Cancellation and return policy

I accept returns if the item(s) are damaged in transit and I also ship internationally through the United States postal system. If you would like something other than snail mail please let me know before you pay so that I can adjust your invoice for the correct postage amount.

Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of cleared payment received

If you would like your shipment insured, please contact me for insurance costs and wait for a revised invoice before sending payment.

I do offer combined shipping for multiple items only if payment is sent for all items in one transaction.

All orders are shipped USPS upon verification of your payment. Rates depend on final packaged weight and destination. Please wait for revised invoice before submitting payment. I ship domestically (USA) as well as International.
