a) Items sold are refundable/exchangable, if damaged or incomplete, send me the photo within 7 days.
b) Compensation is applicable only if the post office confirms that the regiStered mail is lost and undelivered. Maximum compensation is capped by the post office. Process and time taken varies depending on the situation.
c) we wont be held responsable for lost unregistered parcels.
