I try to depict colors as accurately as possible in my product photographs. I always photograph in natural daylight. Please remember that colors may vary slightly from monitor to monitor.

Please take careful note of sizes of beads and findings in each item description.

Cancellation and return policy

I pack each bead by hand, which gives me the chance to check for quality, but occasionally the odd bead may slip through that I would not have sent had I noticed it.

Having happy customers is a top priority for me, so please contact me immediately on receipt if you are in any way not satisfied with the products you have received.

Postage and payment policy

I ship by first class mail Monday to Friday within 48hrs of payment being received. I love to ship internationally! - (Italian buyers see below)!

I combine shipping when you buy 2 items or more, to give you the best shipping deal possible. If your shipping cost you have paid is far much more than the real cost of shipping and packaging, then I will give you a refund through Paypal, after you have paid.

Please note that these items ship from Sweden, so please allow about 4-10 days for delivery to Europe and longer for the rest of the world.

I accept payment through Paypal. For my Swedish customers I will also accept a bank tranfer. Please contact me for details.

PLEASE NOTE! Unfortunately, due to several orders not making it through Italian customs, I will now only send orders to Italy which are sent by registered mail (signed for delivery). This means an extra cost for Italian buyers of 6.5 Euros PLUS regular shipping costs. I am very sorry about this.
