Cancellation and return policy

It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact me within 5 business days after receiving the item. You'll get a full refund if it's sent back unused and in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility.

No refunds on most of the custom orders - contact me first and we'll see if we can work something out.

Postage and payment policy

SHIPPING: i usually ship items within max two businessdays after receiving payment. I always ship priority mail. I always convo you when the item is shipped so you know what's going on with your order.

GIFTWRAPPING: I always giftwrap my items - if it is a multiple order, i will giftwrap the whole order together in one package. So if you want it giftwrapped individually, just let me know through a convo or the message to seller.
