I accept Paypal for European and International buyers.
For Greece only I accept Cash on Delivery.
I use registered mail as the default option. If you want simple airmail, contact me.
I accept custom orders. You have to mail me your size and any suggestions or ideas you might have. I love working on custom orders!
Cancellation and return policy

I accept returns for undamaged products in their original state. You can return an item within 7 days upon receipt and receive a full refund of the item's cost. You will have to pay the return shipping cost as a registered mail.
I will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of my error.
On all cases the refund will be issued after I receive back the product.
I use registered mail because this way a package can't get lost and is traceable. In the rare case it does get lost I will issue a full refund. In my experience in the rare cases that the item is lost, it is simply undelivered and returning back to the sender. So please check the delivery address when making a purchase and inform me if your Dawanda and Paypal addresses are different.

Ich akzeptiere Rücksendungen von einwandfreier Ware in originalem Zustand.
Sie können die Ware bei voller Rückerstattung des Produktpreises innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt zurückschicken. Die Versandkosten der Rücksendung als Einschreiben liegen bei Ihnen.
Falls die Rücksendung auf einem Fehler meinerseits beruht, werde ich die Versandkosten der Rücksendung übernehmen.
In allen Fällen wird die Rückerstattung der Zahlungen nach Rückerhalt der Ware vorgenommen werden.
Ich bevorzuge Einschreiben, da auf diese Weise ein Paket zu verfolgen ist und praktisch nicht verloren geht. Im seltenen Fall, dass dies doch geschieht, wird Ihnen die Zahlung zurückerstattet. In meiner Erfahrung ist in diesen seltenen Fällen die Ware meist unzustellbar und wird automatisch an den Absender zurückgesendet.
Kontrollieren Sie darum bitte bei jedem Einkauf Ihre Empfangsadresse und informieren Sie mich, falls Ihre Dawanda und Ihre PayPal-Adresse nicht übereinstimmen.

PAYMENT POLICY
For European and international buyers I accept Paypal only.
Additional Payment Option for Buyers from Greece only: You have the option of using the Cash On Delivery (COD) method of the Greek Postal Service. It means you will pay the cost to the mailman when the item is delivered to you.
SHIPPING POLICY
The standard shipping method I use is registered airmail. In most countries you will be able to track the package this way. If you wish to use simple airmail, you can convo me. (Please note that you don't take a tracking number with simple airmail and you don't get a refund in case the item is lost in the mail.)

Estimate Delivery Time:

Falls Sie eine einfache Versendung bevorzugen, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte (eine Sendungsverfolgung sowie Rückerstattung der Ware bei möglichem Verlust sind dann allerdings ausgeschlossen).
