In the rare case that an item is not available, we will contact you before we ship your order to offer you a replacement or a refund.
If for any reason you would like to return your item(s) you will have 7 days in which to do so. Please always contact us by e-mail first before sending back any item. Please send all items in perfect condition back including all tags and packaging and unused.
You will need to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address plus your order date/number (if known). Please also add why you are returning the item.
Refunds will be credited to your account 2-3 working days within receiving the returned item. We will refund you the total amount minus shipping costs.
Our goal is for you to have a perfect shopping experience. If we make a mistake with your order, please let us know so that we can make things right. Please do not return products without contacting us first by e-mail.
If items in your order are damaged on arrival or we sent you an incorrect item, we offer a refund or replacement. In this case, you must notify us within 7 days of arrival.
If for any reason a replacement is not available a full refund including original postage cost will be offered. Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your refund.

My order was not delivered and returned to you, what happens next?
If you are not at home when the post delivers the package, it will be kept at the post office for a couple of days (usually 7-14 days). If you don't pick it up within that time, it will be sent back to us. In this case, we will contact you once it arrives at our office. In order to resend the order, you'll need to pay the shipping costs once more. If you enjoyed free shipping for the first shipment, we will check the actual shipping costs we paid for the first shipment and you need to pay that amount before the 2nd shipment.
Are there any customs duty or tax?
It is possible that you have to pay customs when you receive your order. This depends on the total of your order value. Please ask your local customs office if you want to know if and how much you have to pay. But it is unlikely that you have to pay any extra fees because most orders are below the minimum limit of 150 Euros / US$220. Therefore, if your order is below 150 Euros (US$ 220), you don't need to pay any customs duty, however you may still be charged the local import tax.
Postage and payment policy
You can choose to pay by PayPal or money transfer (T/T) to our German bank account.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after we received your payment. Shipping usually takes about 5-15 business days. Each order is shipped by registered mail. You can track the shipment with a tracking number.
