Terms & Conditions

***Manufacture

Manufacture will need:
2 days (from 1 pin to 5 pins)
3 days (6-10 pins)
7 days (>10 pins; special pins)
As every pin is hand-made, you can ask me to customize every pin you like. This means also that every pin ***will not ever be very exactly as like as the ones you see in the pictures***.
Tweaks like change of colour, printed patterns or drawings won't let me ask you for an extra fee, unless you would like an alteration of technique (example: a sewed pin which was originally just drawn).

***Confirmation

After the payment is received, a picture will be sent you to show the items you'll receive. If the items will be correct, they'll be shipped to you in the next 2 days. If the items will not be correct, they'll be made again ***without any cost for you***: I just please you to point out what was wrong; then new pictures will be sent you.

***Size

KhaaPINS! are made only in 1"/25mm size

***Boxes

KhaaPINS! will be sent put in little waxed paper bags, up to six for each.
If you want your pins put in individual envelopes, just let me know it.
Special boxes (C3 Packages) are sold separately.

***Extras

Every six pins bought you'll receive an extra secret pin, chosen among those which are not available in the shop.

***Mass orders

Khaa PINS! doesn't accept mass orders.
Orders placed for 15 or more pins of the same kind will be retained as "mass orders".

***DIY

You can ask me for brand-new buttons: I just please you to send me drafts or fair copies using the "DIY" sheet, available at the following address:

I apologize for the instructions, which are written in italian only actually, I'll provide you the english form as soon as possible.

Cancellation and return policy

***Return/Refund

Khaa PINS! is not responsible for refund in case of damage or loss of the package, unless you ask Khaa PINS! for a registered delivery (costs on request).

Khaa PINS! will make sure that all packages are securely wrapped with bubbled wrap to avoid damage during shipping.

As customer approval is needed for the delivery (see "***Confirmation" paragraph on T&C), defect risk will be at the minimum.
Anyway, If there is a defect with the product when you receive it, please contact Khaa PINS! within 7 days after you received your package.
Buyer is responsible for the return postage, and we will resend the item at our cost.

Postage and payment policy

***Payment

Bank transfer is the only payment accepted worldwide.
Cash on delivery is available only in Italy.
All the prices and fees are in EUR. Please refer to your bank or your card dealer about conversion rates to other currencies.

***Delivery time

Items will be sent by priority mail within the EU and by air mail worldwide.
Delivery time will be 7-14 days approx.
If you want me to delivery your order faster you can ask me for a courier shipment (costs on demand).
Payment is needed for the shipment.

***Customs Duties

International customers are responsible for all duty fee in addition to the shipping fee.
