Cancellation and return policy

Items will be packaged beautifully with care and shipped within 2 days after payment being received. Custom ordered items will ship as soon as they are completed.
I confirm that the quality of my work is good and handled with great care. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can have the item returned back and your purchase price will be refunded (less the cost of shipping)

Postage and payment policy

Shipment method is international by using Turkish Airmail, registered mail with delivery confirm.
Shipping time is normally 7-10 business days overseas, 4-6 days to Europe, but it can take few days more.
