Contract
All offers are not binding. The contract between the customer and Kleinod*Taschen&Accessoires (hereinafter referred to as Company) obtained only by placing the order by the customer and its acceptance by the Company validity. In case of acceptance of this offer, we will send you an order confirmation by email or post. On receipt of this confirmation, the order takes effect. There is a week period for binding to the offer. This order is limited to common household quantities.
The purchase price is due with the same order and acceptance by the company.
The payment of the goods made in advance by bank transfer before sending the goods. You transfer the amount (excl. any applicable shipping costs) stating the invoice number. The payment by sending cash or checks is not possible. We exclude liability for any losses.
The statement does not report value added tax, as the company is exempt from VAT according to § 19 Abs. 1 UStG.
Retention of title and right of withdrawal
Until full payment the goods remain the property of Gem*Taschen&Accessoires, owner Karin Dotzer.
Do you get the payment for more than ten days in arrears, the company has the right to cancel the contract.

within 14 working days within Germany and
about 18 working days in European countries .
The goods are delivered only after payment . Information about the delivery dates are not binding , unless the date of delivery was promised in writing . About a delay of delivery of the goods to be notified immediately . Once the goods passes to the carrier , the requirements have been fulfilled and the risk passes to the buyer . If a particular item is not available, the company is obliged to immediately inform the customer about the unavailability .
