• We only accept payment through PayPal.

• If we do not receive payment within 5 days, your order will be canceled.

• Every item is different to another as they are made one by one. So if you purchase more than one item don't expect them to be identical.

• Colors may vary slightly from picture colors.

Cancellation and return policy

• If the item is not what you expected, you can return it within 15 days from receipt, in order to get refund of the purchase price.

• Return shipping is responsibility of the buyer.

When possible we like to offer you FREE SHIPPING TO E.U. by Italian Priority Mail.

• All items can be shipped by Italian Priority Mail (no Delivery confirmation) or Italian Registered Mail (Sending confirmation only, Sending and Delivery confirmations both.)

• Insurance isn't provided, if you'd like to add insurance please contact us for fees.

• We cannot be responsible for uninsured packages.
