Most of my goods i have to sent in a package, so the shipping costs are sometimes high. It's the dutch postal system that is not to cheap i'm affraid.
I will do everything i can to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

Cancellation and return policy

I will do a lot to make my costumers happy. So if you would receive your purchased item and there is reason for not being satisfied with the received goods, i will try to make it right by the costumer where i can.

Postage and payment policy

I always use the general postage system in Holland. I never sent the packages insured. Because it makes the shippingcosts very very high. But should you wish i do that with your package, please contact me before you make your payment.
