Range
The products of les frotteurs are unique pieces and small batches of designer pieces.
I try to reproduce the color representation of the products as closely as possible on the photos. Often, the correct rendering relates to the settings of the screen, or lighting conditions, thus the colors are not binding.
Payment
Payment only via PayPal and bank transfer. The goods will be made as soon as the money is credited to the account.
Retention of title
Until full payment the product remains the property of les frotteurs / Elfi Spiessberger

Cancellation and return policy
Return Policy
You may return the goods without giving reasons within 2 weeks of returning the goods. The period begins with receipt of the goods and this instruction. The revocation period is sufficient to send the goods or the payment. The customer pays for the return. The return must be sent to: Elfi Spiessberger

Return Result
In the case of an effective return the mutually goods and services received are to reimburse and any benefits (eg usage advantages) to release. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation may be required. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is traced back to their examination - as you would in a retail store. In addition, you can avoid having to pay compensation by not using the goods like an owner and omitting everything, which impairs their value.
Complaints
The goods must be checked immediately upon receipt on the quantity and condition. If the product has a defect, I beg you, to convey me this immediately. If the complaint is justified, you will receive - if available - a replacement or refund the purchase price upon return of defective goods. Any further claims for damages are excluded. (The above discrepancies between monitor display and the original are no grounds for complaint!)
Postage and payment policy
Payment
Payment via PayPal (PayPal also accepts credit cards) or bank transfer. The goods will be made as soon as the money is credited to the account. From then on, it may vary on the workpiece (further details are available at the product-site) take up to 7 working days, until the goods are shipped to the buyer.

Shipping
These costs are usually for uninsured shipping. But I assume no liability for loss or damage during transportation. Upon request, I send insured, the shipping cost for this I share on request.
