We take pride in making and selling items in our shop. We make our best effort to make sure that the goods are in perfect condition and shipped securely.

Original paintings and prints are returnable. Just send me back after 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that it will be in good condition.

Laptop skins are not returnable because they are customized. But we can always talk if there is problem to come up with something that we are both happy.

Please make sure your address given in Dawanda is correct during checkout. I'll ship according to the address and not the address in PayPal.

I'll shop my products within 4 working days.

The shipment will normally take about 6 to 12 working days to reach you. Only in rear cases, that it takes more than that.

For small prints, paintings and laptop skins, the products will be put in a protective sleeves first. Then they will be secured to a hard-board and mailed out flat in an envelop.

For large paintings, they will be put in a protective hard-roll or box.

Laptop skins and prints valued under 50 EURO in one transaction are shipped with regular mail service.

If your transaction item value is under 50 EURO and you need Register Mail Service, please contact me and I will send you a separate PayPal invoice before making payment.
