Cancellation and return policy

If you are purchasing with PayPal, instant payment is required. **I will ship to your PAY PAL ADDRESS unless otherwise specified!** If you are paying by money order, please let me know as soon as you make your purchase.

Most of my creations are made to order. Kindly allow 3 days before your lovelies are shipped.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US ~ PLEASE include your telephone number with your payment information, it is required by customs. Thank you!

Upon payment, you will receive an automated email from Paypal that confirms your shipment, along with tracking info. Please be sure your Dwanda and Paypal addresses match, and if not, please indicate which address you'd like them shipped to. Please contact me if you do not receive shipping notification from PayPal.

*Please note that international packages do not ship via Paypal, so you will not receive the automated email. Your package will be hand addressed and posted by me.

**I am not responsible for packages "lost in the mail" if you would like to insure your package please state this in the "Message to Seller" when making your purchase and I will adjust your invoice accordingly.

RETURNS

I stand behind my creations 100%. I will accept refunds within 14 days of PURCHASE. Send me an email notifying me of the return and ship the item back to me in the original packaging and I will refund the purchase price excluding the shipping.
