Cancellation and return policy

A notification email will be sent to buyers if payment is not received 3 days upon order confirmation; response not received within 24 hours of email will result in negative feedback and cancel of order.

*Although much care is taken to ensure that all products is well-finished. Due to the handmade nature of each item, some slight irregularities are inevitable and should not be considered as defects.

*i am afraid i do not accept returns unless the goods i have sent you are faulty or damaged. i take care in packaging my products but in this unlikely event happening:

1) please notify me straight away by email: littlemustardseeds(at)yahoo(dot)com(dot)sg

2) Once i have received the returned goods along with the original packaging, i will issue you with a paypal refund less the shipping costs. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Postage and payment policy

Singapore buyers, please go to my website or email me for local delivery methods.

For overseas buyers, I would prefer payment via Paypal.

Free shipping is through Singapore SingPost normal air mail.
If you want your items registered, there will be an extra $1.50 euro.

It takes about 6 - 12 working days to reach you.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate; if your shipping address differs from your paypal shipping address, please state which address to ship to.
