Cancellation and return policy

I ship USPS standard mail to keep costs as low as possible. Items leave within 5 days of receipt of payment, though I usually get them out within 1-2 days. I send the buyer a confirmation email when item ships. If you require expedited shipping, please send me a note and we can work out the details.

returns

All sales are final unless item arrives damaged from shipping. Please contact me within 5 days of receipt of item to qualify for replacement. If an item arrives damaged I am happy to replace it whenever possible. Of course, one of a kind items cannot be replaced; in that case I will gladly refund your money upon my receipt of damaged item. Due to the nature of running a small shop, I cannot afford to give refunds for any other reason.
