I will ship your purchased items within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. (Estimated delivery time within Europe is 7-14 days) Service transit time information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Cancellation and return policy
My primary goal - happy and satisfied customers. That's why I strive not only to make my jewellery with great attention to details, but also to provide elaborate description, including a reliable information from my vendors about supplies I use, and making HQ clear and informative photos.
In my jewellery I use nice quality findings, silver or gold plated, brass or antique bronze toned. They are nickel and lead free, but if you've got very sensitive skin or are prone to allergy and can wear only pure precious metals, please consider it before buying.

I accept returns in following cases:
- if you find the quality doesn't match the listed pictures and description. Please send back a new and unworn purchase within 7 days after you receive it for a full refund. Return shipping is at your expense.
I fully refund:
- if you've received a wrong item,
this way of course - my apologies and full refund (item's and postage costs).
All items should be returned in the same condition as they were received - unworn, clean and not damaged. Please make sure the item is carefully & securely wrapped/packed before sending it back. Otherwise I won't be able to make a full/partial refund.
