Cancellation and return policy

Please contact me when you really need to cancel the order immediately.

If you are unsatisfied with the item you receive please let me know immediately.

So please note that I am not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during shipping. Refunds and exchanges will be considered depending on the situation. In case you have a problem, please contact me immediately, and we shall find a fair solution.

As a last resort, if you are still unsatisfied, you may return the item. When I receive, I will refund the cost of the item (buyer assumes return shipping cost).

Postage and payment policy

Completion of payment is required within three days of purchase. In case you need more than three days, just contact me.

Note you do NOT need a Paypal account to do the payment. When you check out click the pay by Paypal option & you will be forwarded to a secure page, that gives you the option (on the left hand side) to pay using your debit or credit card.

Items will be mailed within 3 business days of purchase clearing via PayPal (Or the other way i accept)

I send the items by certify mail if you want a courier service let me know.

Items arrive between 15 / 20 days, sometimes more, sometimes less. it depends of the customs and postal service. PLEASE TAKE NOTE I CAN CONTROL THAT. I do the best, but i can be sure when is going to arrive to you the order.
