The shipping fees are calculated according to the package weight. Made By Claire will send a mail to the customer before sending the product. The products are sent from the UK.
We accept returns for UNUSED, RESALEABLE CONDITION products within 7 days of purchase and will credit your original method of payment, less the shipping and handling cost

Cancellation and return policy

Shipping and handling cost must be paid with the payment. If your not happy for any reason with the product it must be returned within 7 days. Payment cannot be refunded if received after 7 days. Shipping and handling cost cannot be refunded.
