Colors on your monitor might be different then the colors of the real product.

It is not allowed to make your own copy of a Fluffel. Images and plush characters copyright by Mariska Design, Zaandam. No image may be used or reproduced without permission from Mariska Design. All rights are reserved, unless mentioned otherwise. If you want to use Fluffels on any form of media, please contact me.

Cancellation and return policy

If you want to return the product you will get a full refund. You only have to pay for the return shippingcosts.

This doesn't apply for the pdf patterns, there is no refund for the pdf patterns. But I will make sure you will be able to print it. If neccessary send you a printed copy myself.

Postage and payment policy

Shipping within europe: 3-4 days
Shipping outside europe: 1-2 weeks

If the order has been damaged during shipping I will repair it for free. Items must be shipped via priority mail with delivery confirmation. I cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipment process. You have to pay for these shippingcosts yourself, I will pay for the return to you shippingcosts.
