Cancellation and return policy

If you would like to cancel a sale, send me a message and I will cancel it for you.

If you feel the items you receive are not what you expected, you may return them in excellent condition within 10 days for a refund, minus shipping charges. You must contact me before returning an item. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

Postage and payment policy

We make every effort to ship your order quickly.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order, when payment has been recieved.

Please remember to NOT include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment.

Bags and multiple items are sent via registered post with a tracking number).

Shipping within continental Europe takes 3/5 business days.

Everywhere else 5/7 days.
