Cancellation and return policy

***PAYMENT AND SHIPPING***
Your order will be shipped after payment has been received and cleared. If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order before shipment, please send me an email as soon as possible.

Your order will be shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are based on weight and zip code and may be higher than what is shown here. International shipping charges are estimates only. For higher shipping costs than what is stated here, I will manually submit a bill through PayPal for the additional charges. (Don’t worry, I will absorb pennies higher, dollars higher are a different story).

***RETURNS***
My goal is to make sure you are 100% completely satisfied. However, sometimes things happen and so returns are accepted within 14 days after confirmed delivery to you. The products must be unopened and of course, not used. You will receive a full refund once the order has been delivered back to me.

If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please send me an email so I can immediately fix the problem to your satisfaction.

***SALES TAX***
Customers with Nevada addresses will be billed at 7.75% for the total order, excluding shipping charges.
