ABOUT MONZOON
✮ DESIGNED IN BARCELONA AND MADE IN 2 WORKSHOPS
/ SINCE 2023 WE DESIGN PART OF OUR COLLECTION IN NEW WORKSHOP IN SPAIN WITH VEGETABLE TANNED LEATHER.
/ FAIR TRADE PRODUCED IN FAMILY WORKSHOP IN DELHI, INDIA.
Every piece is designed in Barcelona and handmade with the support of diferent production teams.
For production I work with a family workshop following Fair Trade Policies in Delhi, India.
I provide yearly work to them and we have a very friendly + familiar relationship.
The leather bags are produced trusting the expert hands of Shakeel Ahmeed . We are friends and work colleagues since 2009.
Since this year we start developing our designs with a Spanish workshop and Vegetable Tannery.

✮ RETURN POLICIES : PLEASE READ
You have 14 days to write us and send it back if your not satisfied, only DUE TO DAMAGE/ PRODUCT FAULTY, which must be proven visually ( photos of faulty should be provided before the process ) If that we will refund the payment OF BAG , AND CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE OF COSTS OF SHIPING BACK, unless we agree other thing.

Sendings are made from 2 diferent workshops:
- Some bags are sended directly from our workshop in Delhi, India
Customs Fees and other taxes, or any fee charged by your government or by your postal service to collect these taxes are NOT included in the price.
- Some bags ( vegetable tanned new collection 2023) are sended from Barcelona, Spain

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE FROM 2 WORKSHOPS

We ship by Fast UPS / DHL providing tracking number. Secure and Fast!
- BARCELONA, SPAIN
Inside Spain we send by Spanish Post, with tracking number
Outside Spain we send by UPS, DHL.
Once the bag is sended is following:
To USA: 1 weeks
To EUROPE: 1 week
NON EUROPE: 2-3 weeks

All our Belt Bags have an adjustable belt that serves to wear the bag as a fanny pack on your hips or a sling bag acrossbody.
✮ REAL COW AND LAMB LEATHER BAGS
We actually work with leather from Cow or lamb, and we are working on start using also vegan leather.

All our bags are produced following Fair Trade Policies.
I personally designed the patterns, select the leathers and go every year to make 1 collection to Delhi, India. The bags are manufactured in a Family Workshop of experts Leather Taylors.
We work with Buttery Calf skin Leather + Grained Cow Leather
All our bags are made 100% from Selected Leather.
All our Belt Bags are also Sling Bags
The belt is adjustable, so you can use the bags as Hip Bags / or Sling Bags Across body.
The belt is long enough to cross it over a Jacket.
Shipping from our Workshop In India
All our bags are sended directly from our leather Workshop in Delhi by UPS and DHL.
