Cancellation and return policy
I will gladly accept returns if an item wasn't quite what you were expecting. Please contact me within 10 days. I will refund your purchase price minus the shipping fees. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Payments are made through PayPal.
Note that even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still purchase via PayPal using your credit card. Just click the PayPal option upon checkout and follow the instructions.
Shipping:
All items are gift wrapped and packed carefully in a protective box.
I ship all orders within 1-3 business days from purchase unless specified otherwise in the item's description. Shipping worldwide is done via Israel international post service. The order will be shipped to your DaWanda address unless specified otherwise. Please note it requires the recepient's signature in order to release the package.
European customers: please note that regular shipping to Europe typically takes about 10 business days to arrive. If you wish to receive a package more quickly, I can ship the item using express door to door shipping. This option costs approx 20 Euros and you will receive your package within 3-5 business days. Just let me know if you'd like that.
