Welcome and Thank you for taking time to visit my shop and read through my policies.
All of the work shown here is handmade by me in my studio in South Tel Aviv. I take pride in my work and want you to be happy with your new jewelry.
Should you have any questions don't hesitate to send me a message or email, I do my best to respond in a timely fashion.

Cancellation and return policy
As a generally policy, I do not offer refunds.
HOWEVER, every case is unique and will be reviewed as such; refunds and exchanges will be made on a case to case basis.
I love what I do and want you to be happy with your new jewelry! If for any reason you are unsatisfied, contact me within 7 days after the order is received and I will do everything in my power to work with you to resolve the issue.
In the event of a return, return of items must be initiated within 7 days in it's new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping which Must be via registered, insured mail. If you choose not to insure your item for its return trip I will not be held responsible for lost mail or shipping damages.
Postage and payment policy
Payment is due at time of checkout. If payment has not been initiated within 3 days of checkout and I have not heard from you via email or DaWanda messages, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item(s) for sale. If you have any problems during this period, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me and I will work with you to find a solution.
Currently all international customers must pay through Paypal or DaWanda voucher. Paypal is easy, you are not required to have an account, just a credit card! Please ask if you have any questions or concerns regarding this process.
Israeli customers are given the option of payment by check or bank transfer. Please get in touch with me at time of purchase in order to discuss your preferred method.
Ithaca, NY residents are also given the option of check or bank transfer payment. Again, please get in touch with me at time of purchase in order to discuss this further.

I ship from Israel and the shipping rates quoted in each listing are for the basic, registered mail service. Expected time of arrival is anywhere from 7-21 days to Europe, and 14-28 days to the US. Please note that the postal service will not consider a package lost until 45 days have passed. Patience! Registered mail comes with a tracking number, just ask if you'd like your tracking number.
If you are in a rush I recommend upgrading to EMS shipping. This service ships registered, insured, and provides delivery confirmation for your package. EMS from Israel ranges from $25-$40 worldwide and arrives within 3-5 business days. If you would like to upgrade to this service, let me know at time of purchase and I will be happy to adjust your invoice.
