Cancellation and return policy

Please, read the descriptions of our items and look at the pictures before buying, as they are pretty accurate and include measurements. We may accept returns for replacement/refunds if the item is faulty, but we will deal with this on a case-by-case basis. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. In case of a refund, the price of the item will be refunded minus the shipping and re-stocking fees. The item has to be returned in its original packaging and in a condition fit for a resale. Please don't return anything before contacting us!
