Cancellation and return policy
I will do my best to make your buying experience satisfactory in every way. If you are not happy with your order I will exchange it or refund your money (except shipping costs) up to 7 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. Please contact me if you are not satisfied. I am sure we will come to an agreement.
Postage and payment policy
I accept payment by Paypal. If you need help, please, don't hesitate to contact me. I will be glad to help you.
Items will be shipped only after full payment has been received. If you have paid by e.check through Paypal I will wait until the payment clears before shipping.
My cases will be carefully packed in a paper gift bag and shipped in a protective envelope in order to protect them during the journey.
