Cancellation and return policy
Cancellation policy:
If you wish to cancel your contract with us you have up to 2 weeks to inform us in writing ( emails and letters are accepted) without specifying reason. The order can be cancelled by simply returning the product if it was shipped to you prior to the deadline date.This starts from the moment you receive a written confirmation ( email) However, it does start until placing the order ( the equivalent to signing the contract) and receiving the merchandise and also does not fulfil our obligations as per § 312c section 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1,2 and 4 BGB as wll as our obligations in accordance with § 312e section 1 clause

Exceptions to the returning policy:
Those custom-made items that have been already sent to the customer are not returnable and not refundable.
