Cancellation and return policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, you may return it. Returns must be made within 7 days of being received. Items must be unused and in original condition. Item(s) must be returned via registered mail. Postal charges are not refundable unless item is faulty.

Postage and payment policy

I accept payment by PayPal in US dollars.
Payment must be received within 24 hours from time of purchase. If payment is not received within the allotted time, I have the right to cancel the order (and I may leave a negative feedback on your profile). So, be sure you want to purchase my item before pressing the "add to cart" button.
For security reasons items are sent to your PayPal address.
Personalised items and box canvases are made to order, so please allow 7 days between payment and despatch.
I ship to Europe by Royal Mail Airmail, which aims to deliver within 4 days (please allow up to 25 days). Please note that the buyer is responsible for any import duties and customs charges.
Within the UK I use Royal Mail 1st class post or DHL for larger items.
