orders may be cancelled within 24 hours on being placed with no penalty. if item does not arrive as described, you will receive a refund, minus shipping fees and you must repackage and return the item at your own expense.

Postage and payment policy

all photographs are professionally printed on kodak endura papers and are stamped with the photographer's logo on back to ensure authenticity. all of my prints have a stamp of my logo on the back to ensure authenticity and each photograph comes packaged in an clear, acid-free re-sealable bag with an acid-free, white 50 point backing board made of 100% recycled fibre. it is shipped in a sturdy photo mailer to prevent damage during transit.

photos are shipped small package air from canada. these packages are not tracable, however, and if this is a concern, please contact me regarding registered xpresspost shipping rates.
