By purchasing an item from my store, you are agreeing to my cancellation, return, postage and payment policies.

I highly recommend that you read through the care instructions outlined on my profile page. I assume no responsibility for items that are damaged due to improper use.

Cancellation and return policy

I reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on my handmade items, but I will accommodate them under most circumstances.

If you order one of my rings and it doesn't fit, I will always accept a return or exchange, minus the cost of shipping.

If something I made arrives damaged or gets broken after you start using it, and it's possible for me to repair it, I will gladly do so for free.

If you order one of my rings and it breaks within 30 days after you receive it, I will replace it for free! Contact me for details.

Postage and payment policy

Paypal is my current accepted method of payment. If you like my items and would like to pay another way, please contact me BEFORE ordering, and I will try and work something else out with you.

All payments must be made within 72 hours after receiving your invoice, unless we have already discussed and agreed otherwise. After that time I reserve the right to cancel the sale.

My default shipping prices include USPS First Class mailing in secure packaging, with delivery confirmation. On request I will gladly upgrade to any other shipping/service class you would prefer, and/or add extra services such as insurance. Please contact me with your request, BEFORE making payment, and I will send you a revised invoice.

My items are also available for PICK-UP if you live in or happen to be in my area. If you're interested, please contact me.

In addition to postage, my shipping prices also cover packing materials. I try to be as accurate as possible in my listings, but miscalculations do happen, particularly if you're ordering several things, and I am ready and willing to recalculate your shipping charges if you ask.

I am always happy to combine shipping if you purchase multiple items.

I mail my items from home, generally within 2-3 days after payment. I will do my best to mail your item in a timely manner, but if it is a time-sensitive order, such as a birthday present, please let me know!

I do my best to package and mail my items safely and securely, and cannot be held responsible for mishandling by postal or customs officials.

I will happily do giftwrapping (using recycled materials) for all my items at no extra charge. If an item you order is a gift, please feel free to give me special instructions re: packaging or a tag.

I often include little extras with my packages, such as tea, a business card, and occasionally select promo material for others. If you do not wish to get any or all of these things in your package, please let me know
