Terms & Conditions

CUSTOM DESIGN: Custom designs are planned during one or more consultations (mostly via email) with the designer. Once a design, date, and estimated price have been agreed upon, a nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required, due to the investment and care taken in custom designs. The remainder of the cost will be due upon shipment of the item. Custom designs are not returnable.


Cancellation and return policy

RETURNS: Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item if you are unhappy with any purchase. Custom designs are nonrefundable.


Postage and payment policy

SHIPPING: Items are shipped from the U.S. by first class mail. The cost covers both the shipping itself and the cost of packing materials. I combine shipping on multiple items. If you would like Priority Mail, delivery confirmation, insurance, or any other services please contact me and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

I ship most orders within 24 hours of receiving them (if paid by Google Checkout or Paypal).
